Dogwood Course
Both your short and long games will be tested on the interesting mix of holes at our Dogwood Course. While golfing on the Dogwood, you’ll surely enjoy the natural beauty of the surrounding marsh vistas, and will likely spot some of the birds and animals who call the island home.
Hole Description
A good drive on Dogwood number one will set up this hole. The right side of the fairway falls off to a lagoon that will find long wayward drives. Finding the fairway off the tee will be rewarded with a mid to short iron into this Biarritz green guarded with runoffs on both sides.

Hole Description
The fairway on Dogwood number two is framed by bunkers on each side and severe rough on the right side. A tee shot that finds the fairway will face an elevated green with steep drop-offs and a bunker guarding the front right side.

Dogwood number five’s tee complex provides a variety of angles to go after this picturesque view with a forced carry over a pond to an elevated green. This multi-tiered green challenges your tee shot to find the correct level. Hole Description
Dogwood number six is a dog-leg lift par 5. It can easily be reached in 3 or even in 2 for the longer hitters that play down the left side but, you will need an accurate approach with water running down the left side of the fairway, and out of bounds on the right. The approach must also clear the marsh to reach a generous green. You will cross the bridge to access the undulated green. Hole Description
The fairway is wide and inviting on Dogwood number seven. A large faced fairway bunker will catch wayward tee shots that drift to the right. This hole runs along the marsh with out-of-bounds close to the right side. Hole Description
Dogwood number eight is the sombrero hole. This very scenic par 3 requires a shot over a corner of the marsh to reach the green if the tees are on the left side. Long and left tee shots bring the marsh and water into play for this inviting hole.

Hole Description
Number nine, the finishing hole on Dogwood, follows the marsh with both water and sand on the left, and trees that must be navigated off the tee to the right. The green is well-protected by sand as well as marshland behind the green.
