Clubhouse
Surrounded by moss-draped oaks and peaceful water views, the Callawassie Island Clubhouse captures the island’s signature charm and sense of community. It’s a lively hub where neighbors connect, clubs gather, and events bring everyone together—over brunch, cocktails, or evenings filled with conversation and camaraderie.
River Club
Perched along the Colleton River, the River Club offers stunning views, year-round waterfront dining, and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. With a family pool, sundeck, and fire pit, it’s a favorite gathering spot for residents to unwind, connect, and savor sunny days by the water.
Fitness Center
The Fitness Center offers a private and personalized space for residents to focus on wellness.
