	Shannon Nilson, Office Manager Shannon joins the Callawassie Team after 2 ½ years of being a Sales / Marketing assistant at REMAX Island Realty on Hilton Head Island. She has a degree in Marketing & Management and before moving to the low country, worked at Contract Interiors Inc. in Columbia, SC as their Project Manager & Finance Manager.  She loves the outdoors and is valued for her organization, honesty and customer service. She is responsible for marketing, managing listings, handling systems, cultivating internet leads, enhancing & maintaining websites and ensuring that clients are receiving the highest level of service possible.  Her goal is to make sure that the Sale Office is run smoothly and efficiently and to market Callawassie Island and all it has to offer.
