Lots to do on the Community Docks

  • Callawassie Boating

    Community Docks are available at The Callawassie River Club and at the Sugar Mill Ruins.  Property owners can tie their boats up for two to three days at a time at the community docks.

  • Fishing, Kayaking & Shrimping

     Deep-sea fishing is accessible from the adjoining Colleton River through Port Royal Sound, or you can experience some of the world's best inshore fishing in our surrounding tidal rivers, creeks, and ponds.  Members shrimp right off of the dock and the Callawassie Kayaking Club searches the salt marshes surrounding Callawassie Island.

  • Callawassie Boat Storage

    Callawassie Island property owners have access to secure storage for trailered boats just outside the island's security gate.
