Minutes from Everywhere...Yet an Island Apart

Our gated island community is easily accessible to I-95. We are only one mile off SC-170, a less-traveled four-lane highway crossing miles of scenic Lowcountry vistas. This provides for short drives to Beaufort, Savannah, Hilton Head, the Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport, healthcare and military bases, but with the protection of expansive salt marsh to limit future development.
